VAULT Bambu Studio Export: STL ZIP and Color 3MF

Export your local VAULT models, open the 3MF project in Bambu Studio and check quantities, colors and supports before slicing.

Prepare the configuration and original files

Choose a configuration in the workbench or a complete setup on the combinations page. Open the packager and review file copies and optional parts. Connect the VAULT folder you purchased, downloaded and extracted. The browser matches local paths; original STL files are not uploaded to this website.

Choose the original STL ZIP to keep source models, the copy manifest and configuration record. Color 3MF carries object colors for complete STLs, filament-slot assignments and selected official presets. A working preview does not replace missing original files.

Download color 3MF and open it as a Studio project

Select the printer, nozzle, filament and plate that match your actual hardware. Adjust group or individual part colors if needed, then choose Download color 3MF and wait for generation. Mesh checks are optional and off by default; enable them when you want selected meshes checked before export.

Open the downloaded 3MF as a project in Bambu Studio to retain its colors and project settings. Verify copy counts in the object list, actual filaments and AMS assignments. Arrange the plates, inspect dimensions, orientation, supports and sliced layers before printing. Successful import alone does not establish print readiness.

Check supports for files labelled Turn On Supports. S3 Table Roof can use the packager roof-support option to enable slicer supports. Large setups may produce multiple packages: download and check every package. This guide does not claim physical printing validation of all 723 models.

Optional local connector and troubleshooting

Downloading a 3MF and opening it manually requires no connector. To use Send to Bambu Studio, run the optional Node.js 20+ local connector and approve its local confirmation page. The generated project goes only to 127.0.0.1:18765; the action does not start printing.

If files are missing, check the connected root folder, complete paths and source archive version. If a mesh check fails, download the original STL ZIP to inspect it in your slicer. Deselecting a failed part exports only the remaining selection and may leave the kit incomplete.

If objects overlap, arrange the plates again. For unexpected colors, check object filament assignments and actual AMS slots. Toggling mesh checks does not change list quantities. Paired geometry remains inside one STL copy, so filenames alone are not a physical-part count.
